Homosassa Airboat Ventures is led by Captain Bryan, a local captain with knowledge of West Citrus County waterways. His airboat tours travel across shallow backwaters, winding Homosassa River channels, and mangrove islands where local knowledge helps guide the ride.
A conventional boat cannot reach every shallow channel and narrow passage. An airboat can skim through the backwaters and bring guests close to the river’s changing scenery. Along the way, Captain Bryan shares local river stories and helps guests watch for wildlife.
The ride is for families, friends, and small groups who want to see Homosassa from the water. Tours welcome guests of all ages, and each airboat carries up to six passengers. Choose a public 60- or 90-minute ride, or book a private tour for your group.
